Rather than collecting raw inputs and manually reformatting them, we implemented Automated Document Processing to output structured, import-ready data for both Qgiv and JOY's internal CRM. This eliminated double-entry entirely and ensured data accuracy from first submission to final import - with hundreds of donor and sponsorship records processed without a single manual re-entry.
